Forshaw Developments is an independent development and investment company that has developed a range of sites throughout the northwest. Numerous successful projects from sensitive Green Belt barn conversions to mult-unit mixed used town centre schemes have been meticulously completed.

However, in recent times we have begun to concentrate more on the commercial schemes where we develop for specific end users, often retaining the investment thereafter.

We currently work with many well known national brands in both sourcing and developing opportunities.
